The Pathway

We start by identifying the best up-and-coming players from the UK, Europe and the USA. Our team of experienced scouts and coaches evaluate players based on their technical skills, athleticism, tactical understanding, and potential to excel at the collegiate or professional level.

We Evaluate your highlight video and academic grades. We then give you feedback and recommend the level of College you should consider in the US, after an initial conversation/interview with a No.10 Staff member.

You commit to working with us. When joining our the No.10 Futbol Pathway we outline specific targets with you, the player. We give you access to individualized training programs, feedback and support to improve your game performance. We will exceed your expectations by going above and beyond.

We enter scholarship negotiations with NCAA D1, D2, NCJAA and NAIA coaches on your behalf. We have an extensive list of connections in America. We will strive to find the best opportunity for you the player.

We will connect you, the athlete, with college head coaches for an interview. If the interview goes well, scholarship offers will be given to you based on your academic and athletic performance.

The next fantastic step on the Pathway will be your commitment to the college of your choice. The entire process of obtaining a visa will be discussed throughout the frequent conversations you will have with us and continued training and feedback to prepare you for pre season in the United States.

Craig brings a wealth of experience and passion to NO. 10 FUTBOL, serving as Co- Director in the USA. With a Master of Leadership & Science and a Bachelor of Sports Administration, he is a USSF-qualified soccer coach who has made a significant impact across multiple levels of football. From his days playing at Dundee United Academy in Scotland to his collegiate career at Herkimer College in New York and Belhaven University in Mississippi, Craig has always been driven by his love for the game. His accomplishments include being a High School Scottish Cup Champion, a two-time National Champion, and earning the title of MVP at the National Tournament. As a coach, Craig has held various roles, including Academy Director at Jackson Futbol Club, Head Coach at Christ Covenant Varsity, and Director of Mississippi Rush Development Academy. His journey reflects his dedication to developing players and creating pathways for young talent to thrive.

As Co-Director of NO. 10 FUTBOL in the UK, Jon is a UEFA B License Holder with a deep understanding of football development. His qualifications, including a pending UEFA Elite Youth B License and an ISPAS Analysis License, demonstrate his commitment to coaching excellence. With playing experience at various semi-professional clubs in Scotland including Arbroath F.C., as well as collegiate stints at Herkimer College in New York and Dowling College in Long Island, Jonathon's football journey is both diverse and accomplished. As a High School Scottish Cup Champion, National Champion, and two-time NCJAA All-American, Jonathon knows what it takes to excel. His coaching career has seen him in roles such as Analyst/Coach at Dundee United Football Club, Analyst for the Scottish FA, and Head Coach at Edinburgh Napier University. Jonathon’s dedication to nurturing talent and fostering growth has made him a key figure in the development of young footballers.

A dedicated football professional with extensive playing and coaching experience, Davd has spent over a decade immersed in both the professional and semi-professional game.
During his playing career, he competed at the highest levels in Scotland, representing Rangers for four years before moving on to Ross County, Airdrieonians, and Stranraer. At the semi-professional level, He captained Pollok for two seasons and also played for East Kilbride and Linlithgow Rose.
Transitioning into coaching, he has been committed to developing players at all levels. At Rangers Football Club, he spent three years coaching in the Boys Academy, two years leading the Girls U17s Academy, and worked as an International Soccer Academy Coach, delivering sessions in the USA, Cayman Islands, and South Africa, among other locations.
Currently, he serves as Assistant Head Coach at Queens Park First Team, competing in the top tier of Scottish women’s football. Additionally, he has gained valuable experience with the Scotland Women’s U16s national team as part of the technical staff.
Further strengthening his coaching credentials, he holds a UEFA B Licence and is a UEFA Youth B Licence candidate. He is also pursuing a BSc in Football Coaching, Performance & Development at Edinburgh Napier University, reinforcing his commitment to continuous learning and development in the game.
